Negotiating the Curriculum

In prep LJ the children certainly know what they would like to explore over the next few weeks.

They have already expressed interest in space and aliens, and have been working on projects centred around this theme.

Children have been creating space stations out of lego and blocks, rockets and astronauts from junk boxes donated by parents, and planets and moons to hang around the classroom. The children are passionate and enthusiastic about this topic and it has been an exciting adventure to date. I look forward to where their inquisitive minds will take them next.
