As part of our Leadership Program, the Year 6 students were involved in a Leadership Day at Tallebudgera Fitness Camp. This was the first stage of preparations for selection of school leaders for next year. The students were divided into different teams and were provided with a series of different challenges to solve together. Tasks required each group to cooperatively work together to achieve set goals. The challenges varied from physical challenges to more strategic problem-solving tasks. The students thoroughly enjoyed their day and represented our school extremely well. The staff at Tallebudgera congratulated our students on their excellent behaviour throughout the day. They were also impressed with their level of organisation and their ability to work cooperatively together. The staff stated that Coomera State School was by far the best school to come through their camp all year!! Very impressive. Congratulations to all the students who participated on this day.
