Our school environment actively promotes physical activity for all students. Programs are in place providing each year level with a sequential range of physical activities to support students as life long learners.
Physical Education Program
Each student participates in a series of 30 minute lessons, once a week, developed through a number of learning phases according to the students age and skill level.
• Exploration of movement.
• Experience of movement patterns.
• Acquisition of general motor skills.
• Acquisition of specific motor skills.
• Acquisition of highly specialised motor skills.
All students have the opportunity to participate in Inter-House Carnivals which are held for cross country, track and field and swimming.
Students who excel at inter-house competition are selected to represent the school at district events which may lead on to regional and state competitions.
Upon enrolment students are allocated to a sports house group when competing in carnivals at the school.

All year 5 and 6 students have the opportunity to participate in inter-school cluster sport. This is based on expression of interest.
Sports offered currently are:
• Soccer (boys/girls)
• and Girls Touch Football.
All students participating in sporting activities must observe a Code of Sporting Behaviour that reflects positively upon themselves and the school. Students must be aware that training is a compulsory element of sport team selection and participation.
